Transaction Manager, Working Capital Solutions
Overall Job Purpose:
•
Supporting origination and implementations of new SCF transactions in
Russia in combination with day
- to-day operational tasks for existing SCF deals,
including autonomously executing supplier on-boarding calls
.
Major responsibilities:
•
Setup and transaction configuration in systems for buyers and suppliers
•
Coordination with suppliers for training and ops matters
•
Documentation handling of the operational schedules to the legal docs for
buyers activations
•
Supplier marketing and on-boarding and customer support calls
•
Supplier KYC and legal documentation processing
•
Performing trainings platform demos for suppliers
•
Involvement in product development and change process.
Qualifications
•
Higher university degree
•
Perfect knowledge of new technologies
•
Fluent English (spoken and written)
•
Front/Mid office experience, minimum of 5 years preferably in the domains
of trade, lending or factoring
•
Finance / Business Administration and/or IT background
required
•
Factoring, ERP or Account Payables of Receivables department experiences
are a plus.
